THE LEGAL DOCTRINE

The Negatrope

A legal principle that recognises verifiable conservation as a lawful act of systemic coherence.

The Negatrope offers a legal grammar for what does not burn.
DOCTRINE

A lawful, verifiable act of ecological restraint. It is the counterpart to ecocide: one criminalises destruction; the other affirms lawful restraint.

PROOF

Made operational through Proof of Conservation: an evidentiary standard that verifies a harmful act could have occurred but did not.

INSTRUMENT

A Shared Negatrope Instrument is a joint legal declaration. It encodes mutual commitments to non-extraction in a justiciable form.
